At Waypoints Counseling, we provide trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families age 6 and up. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of trauma, struggling in relationships, or simply ready to understand yourself better — we’re here to help you find your way.

Therapy Services

Individual & Family Therapy

We offer individual and family therapy for a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, grief, and life transitions. Sessions are tailored to your needs and grounded in evidence-based approaches including EMDR Therapy, somatic work, and polyvagal-informed care.

Initial Consultation (Intake, up to 90 min) — $150
Individual & Family Therapy (55 min) — $135
Sliding Fee Scale available for those who qualify.

EMDR Intensive Program

For clients who are ready to do deep trauma work in a concentrated format, our EMDR Intensive Program offers half-day and full-day sessions designed to accomplish in one or two sittings what traditional weekly therapy might take months to reach.

EMDR Consultation & Clinical Supervision

We offer EMDRIA-approved individual and group EMDR consultation for therapists working toward certification, as well as clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers working toward full licensure.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA. Co-pays and sliding scale fees are collected at the time of session.

Your Rights: No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost before your first appointment. Waypoints Counseling will provide a Good Faith Estimate for any client who is uninsured or chooses not to use insurance benefits. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
