Insurance & Payment
If you plan to use insurance, we can help you verify your benefits so you understand your financial responsibility before your first appointment.
A credit or debit card is required to reserve your session. A deposit equal to the session rate is collected in advance and applied toward your appointment, copay, or fees.
Cancellation Policy
Waypoints Counseling has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $60 fee.We look forward to meeting you and helping you find your way through the journey of life!
