Hello and welcome to Waypoints Counseling! I am a wife, mom, daughter, friend, veteran, therapist and entrepreneur and I LOVE what I do. When you walk into my office, I look for the vision of your possible future and wait patiently for the day when you can not only see it too, but begin to live it out.
I graduated from Kansas State University, followed by Washburn University for my graduate training where I received a Master of Social Work degree. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant with EMDRIA . Additionally, I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, Consultant and Training Facilitator with The Maiberger Institute as well. Beyond this model of therapy, I use a variety of techniques based on the personal needs of my clients with a holistic approach considering the whole person in their environment.
