Erin E. Evanson-Lass, LCSW-S is a Maiberger Institute Certified EMDR Therapist, Consultant and Remote Training Facilitator. Additionally, she is also an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant. Erin provides both individual and group consultation. The hourly rate for individual consultation is $150 per session. For groups of 4 or more, the cost is $60 per hour, per group participant.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Supervisor, Erin E. Evanson-Lass, LCSW-S also provides supervision for the following:
- LMSW working toward Clinical Licensure
- Non-Clinical Supervision toward Independent Practice Recognition
- Supervision of Probationary Initial or Continued Licensure
- Board Ordered Supervision for Probated Suspension
- AMEC participants.
